I recently found Pop Scribblings, a blog by Kirthana Ramisetti about “TV, diversity, and a hope that the two will intersect” and instantly fell in blog-love.

With a sharp eye on pop culture and her impassioned pleas to “save the TV character,” Ramisetti does TV writers one helluva huge favor. Her commentary on Glee’s Tina Cohen-Chang nailed exactly why I’ve been so disappointed by the character and by Glee in general. (Basically, if you’re not Rachel or Kurt, you don’t get a backstory or family or challenges to struggle against–or any on-screen time.)
